MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Please call our office at (802) 862-3983 to make an initial or
follow-up appointment. For established patients who are having surgery,
please call (802) 264-1051 for surgical scheduling questions.
OFFICE
HOURS
Our medical staff are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am
to 4:30 pm. If you need to speak with an on-call physician after
hours, please call (802) 862-3983; there is always a physician on
call, 24-hours a day every day of the week. If you experience a medical
emergency, please call 911.
DIRECTIONS
Our office is conveniently located in South Burlington, just minutes
from the highway or from downtown Burlington.
From Interstate 89
(north or south), take Exit 14E. Turn right onto Dorset Street.
On the left, you will pass Barnes & Noble and the Blue Mall.
Turn left on to San Remo Drive; our office is the second building
on the left. (See map below).
